Delivery
If the desired color is in stock, orders are shipped within 5–10 business days. For items currently out of stock, shipping takes place within 14–20 business days as soon as the products become available.
Products are delivered in handy packages directly from the manufacturer. All necessary connectors for assembly are included.
Shipping costs depend on the number of packages. No additional taxes, customs duties, or fees apply within the EU.
Email updates are sent once the order is ready for shipment.

Payment
Currently, installment payments are not available. Full payment is required at the time of order.
Available payment methods are: prepayment, PayPal, PayPal Later, SEPA direct debit, and credit card.
Yes, a 2 % discount can be applied for prepayment. For larger orders with a value of €5000 or more, a customized offer can be provided upon request, tailored to the specific order quantity and desired configuration.
If a payment fails, an email with a new payment link is sent to resolve the issue.

Ordering
Orders are preferably placed online for safety and convenience.
Changes or cancellations are possible via the online account until the order has been processed.
The FLEXUDO shelving system has a statutory warranty of 2 years from delivery. In addition, a voluntary 5‑year warranty is offered on material and workmanship defects. Further details can be found in the terms and conditions.
Orders can be canceled within 14 days without providing a reason. To cancel, an email can be sent to info@moebell.com, and products must be returned in their original or suitable replacement packaging. Return costs are borne by the buyer, and after receipt of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days.
Currently, no assembly service is provided.
Material
Cleaning: FLEXUDO MDF shelves can be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth. For heavier dirt, a slightly damp cloth with mild detergent can be used. Avoid aggressive chemicals and abrasive cleaners. Moisture protection: Protect shelves from excessive moisture. Do not place wet items directly on the shelves and wipe up spilled liquids immediately. Scratch protection: Use felt pads or protective mats to prevent scratches from hard or sharp objects. Sunlight exposure: Protect shelves from intense direct sunlight to maintain an even color. Regular inspection: Check the surface regularly for wear or damage to maximize durability.
The FLEXUDO shelving system offers excellent stability and resistance to mechanical stress. Shelves support up to 15 kg each. Connectors are designed for 18 mm panels and can carry up to 120 kg of permanent load depending on their position.
The FLEXUDO shelving system is not fireproof, but the shelves and connectors are flame retardant.
The FLEXUDO system is modular and expandable in all directions. For safe stability, an assembly height of up to 1 meter is recommended. Taller constructions are technically possible but require proper assembly and additional safety measures. Wall mounting is recommended for constructions over 1 meter.
MDF shelves are moisture-resistant but not completely waterproof. Protect shelves from excessive moisture and wipe up spills immediately. FLEXUDO connectors are fully resistant to moisture.
Individual components can be reordered at any time. Required parts can be conveniently selected in the online shop. For questions or uncertainties, the online configurator and contact form are available to help identify the correct parts for the desired shelving configuration.
The weight of the FLEXUDO shelving system depends on the chosen configuration. Individual components weigh: FLEXUDO connector approx. 75 g, FLEXUDO shelf approx. 2 kg. The total weight depends on the number of installed shelves and connectors and the specific layout of the shelving system.
Yes. The MDF is FSC-certified, and plastic connectors contain recycled material. The modularity reduces the need for new furniture and supports sustainable use over time.
